This plugin for WinMX was designed to disable file uploading and give you the ability to control it manually. There are 2 versions available. One for WinMX 3.31, and one for WinMX 3.53. Make sure you get the right plugin for your version of WinMX.

Instructions

1. Open WinMX and join a chatroom.
2. Run the 0 of 0 plugin. You will see a DOS box (the black thing) and a button.
3. Place the button over that main area of the chatroom where everyone else's text appears and click it.
4. Go to the transfers window to confirm by looking at the bottom.
5. To turn this off, just go to the WinMX settings and select "File Transfers" on the left side of the settings window. Click the (+) to expand it. Then click "Queuing" and close settings window.

This plugin must be run each & every time you open WinMX as it does not save the 0 of 0 setting when you close WinMX.
